Shipping Policy
We ship all our wine using Canada Post, depending on which Province your reside, delivery could take up to 2-5 business days.
We only use top-quality shipping boxes to insure the best protection and we offer 100% guarantee that if our product arrives in anything less than perfect condition, you will reimbursed. We do not like to ship outside of BC during the Winter months due to the possibility of freezing so we ask that orders are made before November.
Return & Exchange Policy
When we say 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we really really mean it.
We promise that the buyer of any Camelot product from our winery may return their goods for a product exchange or a full refund with no questions asked. We will issue the refund as soon as return shipping has been created, even before we receive the product back so that your money is not being held.
